Returns & Refunds

Our top priority at Botcasso is that you're thrilled with your experience.

You are entitled to cancel your order within 30 days of delivery without giving any reason for doing so.

The deadline for canceling an order is 30 days from the date you received the goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.

In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement.

We will reimburse you no later than 30 days from the day on which we receive the returned goods. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

Conditions for returns

In order for the goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The goods were delivered in the last 30 days

  • The goods are in the original packaging (when applicable)

The following goods cannot be returned:

  • The supply of goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.

  • The supply of goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, for example goods which deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.

  • The supply of goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.

  • The supply of goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

Digital and Software Products and Services

Botcasso sells digital and software products like copywriting, graphic design and software solutions. All non-physical products and services are built free of charge specifically for your needs or to your specifications. Your initial payment reserves your project and puts your free consultation on the calendar.

Pricing is subject to revision based on scope. Packages and one-time projects start at the monthly rate. Total pricing for one-time projects are based on final scope and agreed upon in advance of the work. Some projects, such as those that require domains, hosting, third-party apps or APIs, may incur additional costs. We strive to make pricing as easy and transparent as possible. A full project cost estimate is available upon request.

One-Time vs. Recurring Billing

Botcasso sells physical, digital and software products and services in three main categories:

  • Physical: E.g., a t-shirt or other physical merchandise

  • Automation: E.g., a workflow that transfers data from one system to another automatically

  • Creative: E.g., copywriting for a website, a digital book cover, a graphic design for social media

  • Development: E.g., a custom website, mobile app or other software application

Physical products are billed one time at checkout. Automation and Development is billed by default on a recurring monthly/yearly basis (your choice) due to the ongoing costs of support after delivery. Creative is billed by default on a monthly/yearly basis (your choice) due to ongoing creative needs. If the work to be done is one time only, the buyer (you and/or your approved representative) and the seller (Botcasso) must agree to the final cost of the one-time services rendered.

Cancelling Recurring Billing

The buyer may cancel recurring billing at any time for any reason. In the event of cancellation, the service will cease to operate at the end of the current billing cycle, prior to the next scheduled bill or invoice.

Refunds

Refunds are issued for demonstrably damaged and/or non-functional physical or digital goods; physical goods returned to Botcasso in like-new condition within 30 days of delivery; software products or services in non-functional condition within 30 days of delivery; or digital or software products or services that are rejected upon delivery. Proof of damage or non-functioning condition is required.

In the event of a refund request for digital or software products or services rejected upon delivery, we will work diligently for up to 90 days to rectify the issue prior to issuing a refund.

Refunds are never issued for digital products that have been fully or partially delivered. In the event of cancelling digital or software products or services, no further work will be delivered by Botcasso, and no pro-rated refunds will be issued to the buyer. The service will end immediately before the next scheduled billing date. All access to the digital or software products or services will cease at that time. Managed products and services like automations, conversational agents, chatbots and websites will be removed from the web at or near that date.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. Send an email to botcasso at gmail.com to receive the return address.

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.

Gifts

If the goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the goods weren't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give it to you later, we will send the refund to the gift giver.
